1. Membership Structure and Pricing
- The introductory Membership rate is $79/month for the first two months (2) months.
Thereafter, the standard rate of $109/month will apply.
- Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month unless cancelled in
accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- Zen Shu Spa reserves the right to adjust Membership pricing or benefits with a 30-day
written notice to Members.

2. Membership Benefits
- Each month, Members receive a $50 Zen Shu gift credit toward services. Unused monthly
credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Members enjoy an unlimited 10% discount on all regular-priced services (excluding
promotional or already discounted services).
- A pre-selected complimentary treatment
- Additional benefits include exclusive offers, invitations to member-only events, birthday
gifts, and enhanced sit bar menu options. Zen Shu reserves the right to modify benefits at
any time.

3. Billing Authorization
- By enrolling, you authorize Zen Shu to charge your provided payment method on a
recurring monthly basis for the applicable Membership fee.
- If payment fails or is declined, Zen Shu reserves the right to suspend or terminate
Membership until payment is received.
- All charges will appear as Zen Shu Luxury Nail & Wellness Lounge on your billing
statement.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Membership may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice
before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email to [Insert Contact Email] or in person at the
lounge.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.

5. Freezes & Pauses
- Zen Shu may allow a one-time Membership freeze or pause for up to 30 days per calendar
year, subject to approval. A request must be made in writing.
- During a freeze, all benefits will be temporarily suspended.
